I am currently living in Louisville, Kentucky. I started into the world of photography in 1996.

Kelly Short - for being a wonderful and caring instructor that did not stand in the way of my creativity like other instructors have in the past.

Charles Thompson (my father) - for being a great photographer that taught me many things and for being there when ever I needed him.

Paul is one of the most professional and easy-to-work-with photographers I've ever encountered. His willingness to experiment is one of his most admirable qualities as a photographer and he seems to love what he's doing, which is also a major benefit.

I sincerely appreciated the way he stayed on top of things both during the shoot and afterward, letting me know about the progress of the final images and even sending me a few teasers via e-mail that get me excited about the final product and finally producing the product of some 30-odd pictures in a little less than a month. Very efficient...very impressive. His images have been beneficial in getting me work via OMP, Musecube and Net-Model, both paid assignments and TFP with photographers in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky and interests from photographers in New Jersey, Illinois, Michigan, Montana, Nevada and California.

Working with Paul has been a complete artistic experience. Paul is an amazing photographer who continues to fascinate people by the images he continually observes and captures through the lens of his camera. He is beyond professional; he pushes you through every creative outlet you are willing to explore but doesn’t dare push you beyond your limits. He easily reveals a persons outer beauty, but it’s the inner beauty that he astonishingly captures in every shoot.
